I went to Nuovarredo to take a look at the bedrooms, without a concrete idea. I found myself being welcomed by the seller Angela, she was super helpful and was able to advise me down to the smallest details on how to create my dream room! I left super happy because I finally managed to create a bedroom like I had in mind!!

We went to the Lecce store in September 2023 to purchase a piece of furniture for the living room. We were welcomed with kindness, Marco, the interior designer, with great professionalism and patience created the type of furniture we needed with his advice and tricks. Delivery was on time, the fitters were friendly and professional. Thanks also to the Director, a helpful and approachable person. Super recommended shop!

She was able to show us the most suitable composition for the dimensions of our Milanese loft. Furthermore, the furniture was directly delivered to the home within the established times

Splendid place to imagine and then create your home. I love the fact that, if you prefer, they allow you to wander freely to see the whole exhibition at your own pace (in other places this is not allowed) but if you need it they offer you all their time, support and professionalism. In this Mrs. Angela was superb. I needed a sofa and he explained to me in detail all the characteristics of all the sofas, clearing my mind and eliminating my doubts. He assisted me in choosing the fabric, from the color to its quality. An equally great applause to the director, who with a phone call directly to the supplier provided me with further details regarding the characteristics of the chosen sofa and the configuration possibilities, going beyond the information provided in the catalogue. What can I say... we started with the sofa, but I will probably furnish the rest of the house with Angela. Thank you.

Purchased bedroom. Defective and poor quality bed base (literally broken after 3 nights of use). Damage verification requested. Verification of the damage at home is confirmed to me via mobile phone and further confirmation via SMS on a defined date and time. They call me 5 hours after the agreed time to report the impossibility of fulfilling the commitment (I had canceled personal commitments to be at home). The feeling is that of mediocre professionalism and organisation. It's a shame, because customers sometimes choose to pay even more, hoping for better quality and services than many other companies. I will be happy to change my review which at the moment cannot exceed 1 star.
